Moscow, April 23, 2021 — Gazprombank was distinguished in three categories of the International Customer Experience CX World Awards. The Bank emerged as a winner in two areas: “Customer-Focused Corporate Culture” for implementing initiatives that create a new cultural environment aimed at achieving an outstanding customer experience, and “Customer Service Professional” — Ekaterina Khairutdinova, Head of the Corporate Customer Inquiry-Processing Section in Cheboksary, was recognized as such for translating the values of a customer-focused approach in her daily work and involving her colleagues in creating a new service environment. Additionally, Gazprombank received the award “High Jury Recognition” in the category “Practice of Personnel Engagement / Motivation” for a project called “On the Same Wavelength as the Customer,” which helps employees understand the organization’s strategic goals and missions in the process of creating an excellent customer experience, its service brand values, as well as customer needs and expectations; moreover, the project aids in ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction. The award ceremony took place on April 21 in Moscow within the framework of the Customer eXperience World Forum 2021.
