CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I hereby freely, of my own accord and on my behalf, authorize Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company) (hereinafter – the Bank), location: Moscow, address of the Bank’s management bodies: 16 Nametkina st., bldg. 1, 117420, Moscow, to process my personal data specified in this application (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification (updating and revision), retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking and destruction) with/without the use of automation tools in order to process this electronic application and send/provide a reply.

Consent is provided from the date on which this application is processed and shall be valid for the period specified in the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

I have been notified that Consent to Personal Data Processing may be revoked in accordance with Part 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006. In case of withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing, the Bank shall be entitled to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11, Part 1, Article 6, Part 2, Article 10 and Part 2, Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

I agree that the Bank may use the information contained in this electronic application to clarify the information provided in the application and inform about progress in the review of this application.

The Bank informs you that electronic communications sent via the Internet are transmitted via unsecured communication channels. The Bank shall not be liable for maintaining the confidentiality of data when they are transmitted via the Internet.

Natalya Tretyak, First Vice President of Gazprombank, Joins the Russian Presidential Council for Science and Education

Moscow, April 14, 2020 — Natalya Tretyak, First Vice President of Gazprombank, joined the Russian Presidential Council for Science and Education. The news was published on the official legal information website. The Council consists of forty members, including President of Russia Vladimir Putin, who holds the position of chairman.

“It is a great honor for me to join the Council for Science and Education. I am grateful for the confidence placed in me and intend to continue working for the efficient development of these areas using all the experience and energy I have accumulated so far. For many years already, Gazprombank has supported the most diverse educational and scientific projects, since it is the level of scientific development and quality of education that are so important for the country’s economic stability, shaping its future for many years to come,” said Natalya Tretyak.

At the beginning of 2020, Natalya Tretyak also joined the executive candidate pool under the patronage of the Russian Federation President.

Natalya Tretyak graduated from the Law School at St. Petersburg State University and the Department for State and Municipal Administration at the Northwest Academy of Public Administration. She studied at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy under the auspices of the National University of Singapore, as well as at the Graduate School of Public Administration within the scope of Presidential Training for Management Personnel.

She earned a PhD in Law and was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Russian Federation President “For her outstanding contribution to the advancement of jurisprudence and constitutional legislation” and “For her contribution to education.” She was also awarded a President’s Certificate of Merit for her active participation in the implementation of a project for the Russian Federation’s ascension to the Hague Children's Conventions, the badge Distinguished Worker of General Education, a medal Commemorating the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg and the Oleg E. Kutafin medal in Recognition of Service to Jurisprudence.

Before joining Gazprombank, Natalya Tretyak worked on the St. Petersburg Education Committee, among other things, and held the position of First Deputy to the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation.

Since 2015, she has been a Full State Counsellor of the Russian Federation, 2nd class. She is also a Deputy Chairperson of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
