Moscow, April 20, 2021 — Gazprombank was recognized, once again, as Russia’s Most Attractive Employer in the field of financial services.
It is the fifth time that Gazprombank has won the Randstad Award in the Most Attractive Employer in Financial Services category. The award ceremony for winners of the Randstad Award — Russia’s most attractive employers in 2021 based on the results of Randstad Employer Brand Research — took place on April 15 in an online format.
Randstad Employer Brand Research is international research of employer brands. The research is conducted annually by the independent research group Kantar, as commissioned by Randstad and ANCOR. A rating of key criteria for employer selection is generated for every country, along with a rating of sector employment attractiveness and a rating of employer attractiveness among organizations with the country’s largest number of employees. This year, over 190,000 respondents and 6,136 employer companies from 34 countries took part in the research.
In Russia, the research was conducted in the form of a 16-minute online interview of 13,842 people. The sampling shows the country’s employable population, broken down by social and demographic parameters.
