Gazprombank Private Banking has won the Frank Private Banking Award 2021 in the category "Best programme for family members and inheritors of capital."
To choose the leader, experts analysed the results of 13 Russian banks’ activities at the end of 2020, conducted interviews with private bankers, online questionnaire surveys of wealthy clients, benchmark research, studied tariffs on products and private banking services.
"We are delighted to receive this award from the expert community. It once again confirms that the 'Inheritors' programme, launched in summer 2019, remains the best on the market year after year. We continue to develop this project and make it even more appealing," commented Sergey Potapeyko, Gazprombank’s Vice President and Private Banking Department Head.
The awards were presented on May 18 at Yarovit Hall Yakimanka. As part of the event, private banking leaders held a discussion, which was attended by Sergey Potapeyko. The bankers discussed the future of Russia's private banking in view of tax and geopolitical developments, changes in customer service during the pandemic and the industry’s main goals.
