A bill is an obligation of the Bank to pay cash in the amount of a nominal amount upon maturity. Gazprombank issues promissory notes nominated in both Russian rubles and foreign currencies. The Bank carries out expertise, responsible storage, early registration, redemption and exchange of bills.
Promissory notes can be used not only for the purpose of generating income when placing money, but also as a settlement facility when paying for goods and services, and also as a collateral for obtaining a loan from a commercial bank. The prices of bills are determined depending on their terms and the approved interest rates.
Issuance of bills to the authorized person of the acquirer is made on the basis of the Power of Attorney for receipt of bills and in the presence of a card of specimen signatures (original or certified copy) and an imprint of the organization, which contains the signature sample of the head that signed the power of attorney.
