We inform you that in accordance with the decree of 01.09.2016 No. 452, a new version of the General Agreement on Conversion Operations (in the form of an agreement of accession) was approved, which is effective from 22.09.2016.
The new version of the General Agreement on Conversion Operations (in the form of accession) contains a number of changes, including:
- the procedure for providing originals of documents previously transmitted using a fax or in a scanned form via e-mail has been changed;
- the order of numbering of confirmations on transactions is defined;
- the procedure for withholding taxes was changed in case of payment of interest accrued on the balance of funds on the Client's account and / or penalties in favor of the client-a foreign organization;
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that for customers previously subscribed to the General Agreement on Conversion Operations, a new version of the agreement will be in effect by 22.09.2016. In case of disagreement with the amendments made to the agreement, the Customer has the right to terminate the agreement before the entry of such changes into force by sending a written notification to the Bank in the manner provided by the agreement.
