The primary responsibility of a personal account manager is in advising and guiding the client in the world of investment products and services. The personal manager helps to solve all kinds of questions that a client might have regarding the private banking services: advise on investment products and services, assist in paying bills, exchanging currency, using bank cards and obtaining loans.
The personal account manager will assist the client throughout the 5 steps of investment advisory process:
- Understand client needs. The account manager will commence the relationship with helping the client to define the individual needs and risk preferences based on prior experience and investment horizon.
- Develop a tailored solution. Once the financial objectives have been clearly defined personal account manager will put forward a tailored investment strategy to fit client’s financial and risk expectations.
- Execute investment strategy. After the client has approved a specific investment strategy the team of Gazprombank specialists will proceed on its implementation.
- Monitoring portfolio performance. Monitoring client portfolio performance is an essential part of the investment process. The account managers will closely watch the markets and recommend adjustments to the portfolio should this become necessary.
- Provide performance report. The personal account manager will provide the client with a performance report on a regular basis or on request and will share views on performance and investment opportunities. A performance report serves as a natural impetus for the on-going relationship.
