Andrei Kormilitsin graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Institute for International Economic Relations. Mr. Kormilitsin has more than 10 years’ experience in investment business. Prior to joining Gazprombank in 2004, he worked at MDM Bank’s Corporate Finance Department and the Capital Markets Department of Troika Dialog Investment Company. He was actively involved in a number of investment, M&A and IPO transactions advising clients across a broad range of industries, including machinery, metallurgy, media and telecoms, FMCG and retail.
In Gazprombank, Andrei Kormilitsin covers direct investment projects in heavy machinery; oil field services; nuclear, oil & gas and power engineering and construction. Mr. Kormilitsin serves as board member of Stroytransgaz, Stroytransgaz-M, InjGeo, South Center of Power Engineering, Eriell Group, etc.
In 1994 Sergey Grischenko graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Department of International Law. He has more than 10 years’ experience in investment business. From 1996 to 2003 Mr. Grischenko worked at Troika Dialog Investment Company, his last position being Director of the Legal Department. From 2004 to 2006 he headed the Corporate Affairs Department of Basic Element, the largest Russian direct investments fund.
Since 2006 Mr. Grishchenko has filled top positions with Gazprombank, heading the Direct Investments Department since 2007. Sergey Grischenko serves as board member of major Russian companies including OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group), Uralmash Machine Building Corporation, SIBUR Holding, MOESK, Khimmash Group.
A.V. Osipova graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State University, major in economics and management of industrial enterprises. She also holds an MBA degree from ESCP-Europe International School of Management, Paris, France. Mrs. Osipova has more than 15 years of experience in Russia’s PE and VC industry.
A.V. Osipova has been leading the division team since July 2014. Her major task is to manage the existing portfolio of projects as well as to identify new high growth investment opportunities in internet, telecom, high tech and new media industries.
Before joining Gazprombank team she worked with German PE Fund Quadriga Capital Russia, Russian business accelerator Fast Lane Ventures and other financial institutions.
As a Member of the Board of Directors, Alena managed investee companies operating in different sectors of economy such as: traditional media, internet, pharmaceutical, packaging, retail and others.
A.V. Osipova is a Member of Supervisory Board of The Republic of Mordovia Regional Venture Capital Fund for Investments in Small-Scale Scientific and Technical Enterprises.
