• Non-state Pension Fund "GAZFOND" - 46.92%, of which:
  - NPF "GAZFOND" directly owns 7.11%;
  - 19.9% is in OAO "GAS-Service" and 19.91% is in OAO "GAZKON". 88% of the shares of these organizations are in trust with "Leader" JSC , D.U.;
• "Novfinteh" Ltd. - 7.4%
• OAO "GAZ-Tek" - 3.08%
• Bank Management - 0.87%

The authorized capital is 19 997 777 000 rubles.
